SIA “Woof Mode”, REGISTRATION NO. 40203674048, ADDRESS: Zvārdes iela 3 – 2, Riga, LV-1004, hereinafter referred to as the Online Store, provides the content available on the website and provides goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use set forth below.
1. General Provisions
If a consumer purchases goods/services via the website, such mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the legal acts of the Republic of Latvia governing distance contracts, including, but not limited to, the “Consumer Rights Protection Law” of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts”, etc.
2. Making Purchases
The prices and specifications of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products.
To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in all the necessary fields and choose the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order, including delivery, is then displayed on the screen. Complete the payment to finalize the order.
3. Payment Terms
The settlement currency on the website is the euro (EUR). Purchases can be paid for using the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:

Personal data required for the execution of payments is transferred to the licensed payment institution, Maksekeskus AS.
The Contract enters into force upon a successful payment to the Online Store’s bank account. If, for any reason, it is not possible to fulfill the order, the Buyer will be informed, and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after receiving the notification.
4. Delivery Terms
Goods are delivered to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland. The purchased goods are delivered using a parcel machine delivery partner and courier service.
All duties and taxes payable to receive the shipment at the destination must be covered by the Buyer. Delivery costs are displayed before the order is confirmed. The purchased goods are delivered to the address or parcel machine specified by the Buyer within 10 to 19 working days. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to dispatch goods within up to 45 calendar days, by notifying the customer.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Goods. (Depending on the product, the buyer may not have a mandatory right of withdrawal; in such a case, the reason must be clearly stated and explained). The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods may only be used for their intended purposes; the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period for exercising the right of withdrawal. If the goods are used inappropriately or damaged, carelessly handled during use, or if the instruction manual is not followed, if the original packaging of the goods is lost, or if its packaging is significantly damaged, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the depreciation of the product’s value.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit a written application in a free form by sending it to the e-mail address info.woofmode@gmail.com within 14 days after receiving the goods.
The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for return is that the product does not comply with the order (e.g., an incorrect or damaged product).
The Buyer is obliged to return the Goods to the Seller without delay, but no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice to the Online Store. Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store shall immediately, but no later than within 14 days, refund all payments received from the buyer based on the Distance Contract.
The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until it has received the Goods or proof of the return of the goods from the Buyer. If the buyer has chosen a shipping method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not obliged to compensate for the additional shipping costs.
The Online Store is not liable for delays in fulfilling obligations, their non-fulfillment, or any other type of non-performance arising due to circumstances and obstacles beyond the Online Store’s reasonable control (Force Majeure).
The Online Store reserves the right to refuse to sell goods and to demand the return of goods from the Buyer if the price indicated in the Online Store is significantly lower than its market price due to a pricing error.
6. Consumer Rights Regarding Non-Conforming Goods
The Online Store is responsible for the non-conformity of the goods sold to the Buyer with the terms of the contract or for defects that appear within 6 months after the date of delivery of the goods to the customer, or that existed at the time of delivery, provided that such an assumption does not contradict the nature of the item or the defect. The Buyer must inform the Seller about the non-conformity of the goods immediately, within 2 months after its discovery, i.e., lodge a complaint. The Buyer can lodge a complaint by contacting the Online Store via the e-mail address info.woofmode@gmail.com.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that arose after the delivery of the goods to the Buyer. If the purchased goods have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to demand the repair of the defects or the exchange of the goods for new goods free of charge.
If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Seller shall refund all payments provided for in the Distance Contract to the Buyer. The Seller shall provide a written response to the consumer’s complaint within 15 days.
7. Processing of the Buyer’s Personal Data
The Online Store processes only the personal data that the buyer has entered when ordering goods, such as name, surname, e-mail, etc.
The Online Store transfers personal data to the transport service provider(s) to ensure the delivery of goods.
If you have explicitly consented to receive our marketing communications, including newsletters, we may occasionally contact you by sending information about our services and latest offers. For this purpose, we may process your e-mail address, which you provided when signing up for marketing communication. The Buyer has the option to opt-out of marketing communications by notifying us via the e-mail address info.woofmode@gmail.com.
